- Thomas Duffell Review added: 2018.09.22★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Avoid this retailer. I made a purchase via Amazon market place. Returned costume for refund. Seller refused to offer full refund claiming they charged 20% restocking fee and do not refund postage charges. I informed them this was against amazon market place returns policy and more over in breach of EU distance selling regulations and that I was entitled to a full refund includung postage charges and they just ignored me. There are so many online retailers that offer great customer service, use one of them instead. Costume was poor quality and fit.
